It is sad that SISWare does not work under Windows Vista (at least 64 bit edition) even with the patch from developer’s page. If you have some problems with it like I do try to use SISContents (http://symbiandev.cdtools.net) for unpacking and editing of sis files. That’s all I’ve managed to find from what that is good enough and compatible with the new OS. Hope it helps.
