I had some trouble with the lines I had to add to the httpd.conf at the end. When I copied/pasted from the web page, the double-quotes were not correct for some reason. I deleted the quotes and manually typed them in and they looked different. So, issue resolved by replacing the quotes manually. I am using Notepad++ for text editor.
